Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform, which allows us to provide information about the Rose Motel, including room availability and rates, and enables you to reserve a room. Wix.com may collect your data, which includes the information listed above, as well as the internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall and have their own privacy policy.

 

Room deposits are processed via the PayPal direct payment gateway offered by Wix.com, which adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our motel. The Rose Motel and Greene Rose Inn, LLC never have direct access to your credit card number provided through our website, and we do not retain credit card information for charges processed onsite.

 

We may use Google Analytics to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. Google Analytics places cookies or utilizes other tracking technologies through Wix´s services and has their own policies regarding how they collect and store information.

 

We may contact you to notify you about your reservation, to troubleshoot problems with your reservation, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, and postal mail.
